Single-cell genomics is transforming how we think about disease pathogenesis, allowing interrogation of pathogenic cell populations at unprecedented resolution. Relative to traditional methods that profile bulk cell populations, single-cell genomics also adds an illuminating dimension to transcriptomic information. In this webinar, Professor Neil Henderson, Ph.D., FRCP, will discuss how he and his team have used single-cell genomics approaches to gain novel insights into the composition and regulation of the liver fibrotic niche.
