Robert Whitaker served in law enforcement for 23 years and previously served as a Supervisory Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). He last served in HSI’s Illicit Finance and Proceeds of Crime Unit where he oversaw the Illicit Digital Economy Program (IDEP). The IDEP was responsible for overseeing cryptocurrency related training and investigations.
Mr. Whitaker has a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, and is a Certified Bitcoin Professional. He is now the Chief Operating Officer at Blockchain Intelligence Group.

Andrew Koral has spent over 8 years as a contractor for federal vehicles including the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center, Department of the Navy’s declassification program, and the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Virtual Currency Initiative. He also served as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst for the Arizona Department of Public Safety’s HIDTA partnership in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. Koral is a Certified Bitcoin Professional and is now Blockchain Intelligence Group’s Director of Forensics.
