The purpose of this panel is to discuss authorized Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF) tailoring to meet Program needs. Current DHS Program Managers will discuss methods they have used to tailor the ALF to meet their unique needs. The Office of Program Accountability and Risk Management (PARM) will be available to answer questions on existing policy with regards to tailoring the ALF.
