Just like building your muscles through a physical fitness program, you can deliberately build your mental muscles to help you achieve an enhanced sense of well-being.

In this class I will introduce a method of leadership development based on brain science, called Positive Intelligence. Since the brain is a muscle, this means, like most of our muscles, it can be strengthened through exercises. After laying out and teaching the basic mental (brain) training program, I will then apply it to leadership development. Unlike many leadership development programs, this will not be an examination of best practices, but rather it will focus on four pillars of leadership: Triple Purpose, Earned Trust, Healthy Conflict, and Mutual Accountability.
