Michael O’Brian is the Fire Chief of the Brighton Area Fire Authority and the International Director for the IAFC Fire and Life Safety Section. Chief O’Brian is the past chair of the ICC Fire Code Action Committee and serves as the chair of the IAFC Lithium IOn Workgroup.

Richard Miller has over 43 years of experience in the fire service industry as a career and volunteer firefighter and now as a Fire Service Program Manager for the Firefighter Safety Research Center at the IAFC.
