Julia Carlson, Founder and CEO of Financial Freedom Wealth Management Group LLC, has been practicing financial planning for more than 20 years. At the age of 23, she married her entrepreneurial spirit to her desire to help others and started her own business.

Julia’s passion has always been about helping people win with money through financial education. She loves to inspire others to follow a plan for growth and pursue financial freedom. In 2017, Julia wrote a book titled, “Fit Money, 7 Steps to get your Financial Life in Shape,” in which she shares her personal experience of losing weight and getting in the best shape of her life while also teaching how those same strategies can be used to become financially strong.

Today, her dream of serving her community by becoming a financial advisor has turned into so much more. Financial Freedom Wealth Management Group has grown to a staff of 15 and has 6 locations throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington and has experienced 28% compounded growth rate since 2013. Julia is recognized for her expertise on topics relating to tax strategies for retirement and distribution planning and is also qualified to provide comprehensive exit planning services to business owners.

Lisa Dion is Founder of Strategic Advisor Solutions and has over 24 years’ experience working in the Independent Financial Advisor channel providing practice management and business development solutions. Her focus is servicing the CEO Financial Advisor to advise them on how to build strong foundational structures, develop growth strategies and build strong teams to take their business to the next level.

Over the span of her career Lisa has worked to provide comprehensive strategic support to create solutions which align with company objectives. She advises businesses on breaking through barrier’s while helping them manage their practices more efficiently through business model changes, creating a strong company vision and setting strategic goals.  Since launching, she has coached firms ranging in size from 1M to 20M in revenue.

Prior to launching Strategic Advisor Solutions, she spent 17 years in the financial services industry working for Broker Dealers in a Business Development capacity. Over this span of her career she has served as a corporate executive, led a Regional Advisory Board and served 8 years on a National Advisory Board advocating for advisors. In addition, she established the first National Executive Administrative Council for top firms to increase communication, improve branch efficiencies and develop advanced training and team development methods.
