Barbie Sommars is a notable figure in the cannabis industry. She founded High Dining Club, a venture that blends creativity with fine food infused with cannabis and education. Her journey in the cannabis industry began as a patient seeking natural treatments for chronic pain in her mid-30s, which led her to discover cannabis. This experience transitioned her into roles as an activist and educator in the field. Her passion and commitment are evident in her work.

As the Chief Experience Creator at High Dining, she has organized events such as the Sushi + Doobie rolling workshop, which gained popularity for its unique concept of teaching guests how to prepare and roll Sushi as well as cannabis joints. The Moonlit Moveable Feast is spiritual and is described as a feast for the senses and a journey for the soul. High Dining Club also co-creates custom experiences with private clients.
