Whitney Putnam is an experienced leader + visionary that thrives in creative, strategic planning, community-building and communication.

Whitney served as Senior Director of Marketing and Women’s Events at New Life Ministries. Her innovative ideas and collaborative approach became well-respected and led to 1000s of people engaging in new ways with the ministry. Additionally, she worked with a dynamic team to execute a women’s event in partnership with extraordinary organizations at the Museum of the Bible.

Previously, she worked at Stonecroft as the Senior Director of Growth where she managed all marketing, development and Stonecroft's national event. In addition to her work at Stonecroft, she has created two brands – a thriving non-profit, Imperfectly Brave, and a podcast + and speaking platform, A Big, Happy Life. Additionally, she is an experienced fundraiser and brings 13 years of non-profit experience to various organizations. Her area of expertise is in major gifts and an engineer of relational development. She has also served at pregnancy centers and children’s hospitals.

Uniquely, Whitney speaks across the nation on topics most directly related to helping women discover happy. Through listening + coaching, Whitney creates products that best help women live the life they were created to live.
