He is also the Editor of the 529 Dash e-newsletter and 529 Insiders website for advisors, accountants and estate planners.

Ms. Ceserani is a consultant and has 26 years’ of investment consulting industry experience. Ms. Ceserani joined the firm in 2019 as part of the merger between Meketa and Pension Consulting Alliance (PCA) and is the lead consultant on several 529 college savings plans. She has extensive experience in the development, execution, and monitoring of investment programs for institutional clients as well as expertise in performing due diligence on money management firms and their products. In addition to her consulting responsibilities, Ms. Ceserani is a member of the firm’s Defined Contribution and Human Resources Committees.
Prior to joining PCA, Ms. Ceserani was a Consulting Project Manager at Yanni Partners in Pittsburgh, PA for six years. Her responsibilities included quarterly analysis of client portfolios, asset allocation studies, asset transitions, manager selection and monitoring, and special research projects. Ms. Ceserani has also served as the Director of Operations at Greycourt & Co., Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA and the Director of U.S. Equity Research and Consulting Manager at Ennis Knupp & Associates in Chicago, IL. She also spent six years at R.V. Kuhns in Portland, OR.
Ms. Ceserani earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Oregon. She is an SEC and MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50), and is a member of the Portland Women in Investment Management Group.
