Dr. Christine Petti is a board-certified plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon known for her compassionate, creative and customized plastic surgical care, practicing in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, California. The talents of Dr. Petti are profound and vast in scope. She has mastered all aspects of aesthetic surgery of the face, neck and body. After a five-year residency in general surgery, Dr. Petti specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Dr. Petti founded and served as Medical Director of one of the first certified and state-licensed on-site ambulatory plastic surgery facilities and office-based medical day spas in California. In 2020, she joined California Skin Institute, California’s largest and most prestigious private practice plastic surgery and dermatology group. Dr. Petti’s clinical research using laser-assisted liposuction (Smartlipo TriPlex), laser cellulite treatment (Cellulaze), and laser for the treatment of contour deformities post-liposuction (SculpSure-WarmSculpting®) has been published in the major plastic surgery and laser journals in the United States and abroad. Her plastic surgery practice is a training center for plastic surgeons interested in laser-assisted surgical and non-surgical laser procedures. She has unique techniques involving laser-assisted face and neck lift as well as signature techniques for breast augmentation and complex plastic surgeries of the breast. As a trendsetter in the field, she prides herself on providing a one-stop beauty milieu and offering state of the art surgical and non-surgical aesthetic services of the face, neck, eyelids, nose, breast and body to all of her patients. Dr. Petti is a plastic surgery media expert having 4 appearances on The Doctors television series, as well as ABC 20/20, NBC Inside Edition, Discovery Channel’s Discovery Health, The Plastic Surgery Channel and Aesthetic TV and Cynosure University. Dr. Petti has served as an expert witness for the Medical Board of California. Dr. Mueller is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Southern California in 1998. He has been in private practice in Beverly Hills since 1998. Dr. Mueller is the pioneer of light guided suture delivery with the ICLED Surgical System he invented to perform many rejuvenation procedures that involve suture suspension. Mueller’s most-exciting innovation is the MyEllevate procedure. This minimally invasive technique involves the percutaneous division of platysma bands, energy-based skin tightening and suture suspension.
