Dr. Niamtu is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and board certified cosmetic facial surgeon
with a practice limited to cosmetic facial surgery. He is considered a Key Opinion Leader my numerous
specialties and is very prolific in academics. He has authored 7 textbooks, contributed 34 chapters in
other textbooks and has published hundreds of articles on cosmetic surgery. He has lectured on six
continents and hosts an online video series and cosmetic surgery courses at his surgery center. Dr.
Niamtu is well known for his intraspecialty participation and is frequently a speaker at plastic surgery,
facial plastic surgery, dermatology, oculoplastic oral and maxillofacial and cosmetic surgery meetings.
He has won “best Plastic Surgeon” or “Best Cosmetic Surgeon” 21 times in Virginia.
Dr. Niamtu is married to April Niamtu and has two special needs children.

Originally from Effingham, Illinois, Dr. Laxmeesh Mike Nayak is a summa cum laude graduate of Yale University, where he majored in molecular biophysics and biochemistry. He earned his medical degree through a Distinguished Student Scholarship at Washington University, where he was awarded several honors including the Alpha Omega Alpha Book Prize, the Medical School Prize, and the Senior Prize in Surgery. In the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery exam, he earned the highest written exam score of all examinees his year, and the second highest combined written and oral exam scores. When he took the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery exam, he earned both the highest written exam score and the highest oral exam score of all examinees.
Dr. Nayak performed his surgical residency at Harvard Medical School, studying general surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital and head and neck surgery at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. After residency, he completed an American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) fellowship with the Glasgold Group for Plastic Surgery. He has extensive experience in rhinoplasty, cosmetic surgery of the aging face, facial volumetric surgery, minimally invasive endoscopic techniques, and skin rejuvenation with peels, lasers, and injectable fillers. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and a board certified staff surgeon at Des Peres Hospital. He performs the majority of his surgical procedures in his state of the art, AAAHC accredited, office-based facility.
His humanitarian efforts include an annual trip to Hanoi, Vietnam, to provide constructive services as well as to teach local surgeons. Academically, Dr. Nayak is an active researcher and educator, and regularly presents his techniques at national scientific meetings.

Dr. Kevin Sadati is a Board-Certified facial plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, California. Dr. Sadati has over 15 years of experience and has performed over 4000 face and neck lift procedures using local anesthesia and twilight sedation. Dr. Sadati received scholarship to earn his undergraduate degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Near Eastern Art & History from the University of California at Berkeley. Then he became involved in wound healing research at the University of California at San Francisco. He then went on to earn his medical degree from Midwestern University in Illinois. He continued his General Surgery, Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery at PCOM and Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He also completed his facial plastic & reconstructive training in Philadelphia. In his quest for a higher education, he also attended fellowship training in general cosmetic surgery in Seattle. While a resident, he had pursued an interest in art and had attended evening art classes at the Philadelphia School of Fine Arts. He studied oil painting and sculpting and profited enormously in his understanding of human forms. This artistic training has given him what we considered to be a unique tool and technique to better understand a balanced body harmony and its clinical application at surgery.
