1 oz soda water
2 oz Aperol
3 oz prosecco
Dark 'n Stormy:
4-5 oz ginger beer
2 oz Gosling’s Black Seal rum
Juice of ½ lime, optional
Lime for garnish
Raspberry Collins:
2 oz citrus vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz raspberry simple syrup
Chilled soda water
Lemon wheels and raspberries for garnish

1 1/2 oz citrus vodka
3/4 oz Aperol
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
