In my role as Business Development Director, I am responsible for the overall relationship management of our key distribution channels, which includes Broker-Dealer, RIA, Fee-Based Consultants, and Third-Party Administrators. In collaboration with the OneAmerica sales, service, marketing, and product teams, I work directly with our distribution channels and strive to ensure their product and service needs are met to best support the financial professionals who do business with OneAmerica.

Since joining OneAmerica® in 2012, I have held various positions within the Retirement Services division. Prior to my role as Business Development Manager, I served as Team Lead of Internal Sales
partnering with our regional sales directors and internal sales consultants.

In my role as Vice President of National Accounts, I am responsible for relationship management with key distribution alliances. I work directly with key accounts and their financial professionals to ensure that their product and service needs are met. I also work in collaboration with the AUL sales, marketing, and product teams.

I began my career in the retirement services industry in 1995. Prior to joining AUL, I worked as the Director, Program Manager for UBS. I also contributed to Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney, and Merrill Lynch as a Vice President-Product Manager.
