Texan Title Insurance Company will issue an attendance form for live webinars. Attendance forms will be included in the emailed confirmation details that will be sent to you twice in the 24-hour window before the webinar begins. You must submit your attendance form to
TTICEducation@texantitle.com on the same day as the live webinar. Please allow TTIC 10 business days to submit your CE to Sircon on your behalf. In order to receive Escrow Officer CE, you must watch/listen to the entire duration of the course. Credit will not be given if you have not remained active during the duration of the course. If you minimize the browser and go to another browser, you will show as inactive on our system. If you leave the program, the program will not allow you back in.

The objective of this presentation is to equip the title professional with a practical guide for Escrow Officers, Owners and Managers of title companies operating in Texas of the importance of following the rules and guidelines set forth in the Basic Manual for the Writing of Title Insurance in Texas and other Accounting Principles especially when dealing with escrow accounts and other people’s money.
The Minimum Basic Accounting Procedures will be discussed and other practical guidelines and Federal Rules which must be followed.
