Learning Disabilities

Alistair is a Physiotherapist who manages a team at Portland College - a Specialist Further Education College in Nottinghamshire. Alistair has more than 11 years experience working in the NHS, private and charitable sectors and around the world as Team GB Physiotherapist for Special Olympics and Clinical Director for Health and Wellbeing in Great Britain.

Alistair is determined to improve the healthcare landscape for people with Learning Disabilities by upskilling healthcare practitioners and believes there are skills that are transferrable from Learning Disabilities to all areas of practice.
