Migraine: What we need to know

Helena is nuts about headaches. She has had them, studied them, done a Master's in them, written articles about them, co-chaired a special interest group in them, is co-admin for a 1.2K-strong facebook group on them, has delivered many presentations about them for osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists and even headache specialist neurologists. She founded and has led a student headache clinic since 2016, is about to start another, has researched headache education, and created a headache course for undergraduate osteopaths at the European School of Osteopathy. Helena has also spent the last three years working with the core OPHM team on the Osteopathic Foundation-funded EdACHe Project, researching and delivering a tailor-made clinically-relevant headache course for all who seek to help people with headache & migraine conditions in primary care.
