Construction Accounting Specialists, The Profit Constructors, LLC
From the high school girl who, in her senior year, was allowed to take a college course titled Bookkeeping 101, to the aptly titled Construction Accounting Guru, Tonya Schulte has gone from follow-the-leader to being a leader. Just as she joyfully jumped into her first job (taken while she was attending Bookkeeping 101 classes) she has always found herself helping, guiding, and teaching others. Yep, her first boss, an architect and builder, hired her because he had recently purchased software he didn’t know how to use – you guessed it – QuickBooks. Tonya now leads The Profit Constructors team, manages The Construction Junction Roundtable, hosts The Construction Junction Podcast, and sits on the board of the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona. She is married to Joe, and has three growing and active children. She spends her “off” hours reading, travelling, cooking, and occasionally dipping into the swimming pool – or the chocolate supply – whichever seems appropriate.
