Simon Foster

Simon Foster is Head of eInvoicing at Xero and brings more than 25 years’ software industry experience to the role. He leads the strategy and implementation of eInvoicing and Peppol globally. Simon has held a number of industry association roles, including with OpenPeppol and the Pearcey Foundation, and is currently President of Digital Service Providers Australia & New Zealand (DSPANZ).

Penny Rowden

Director, Rowdens Limited

Penny is the slightly smaller but “better” half of the directors (Penny and Jonathan Rowden) of Rowdens, a firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Chichester on the south coast of the UK. Rowdens won the Xero small firm of the Year award in 2018 and Penny is part of the current Xero Partner Advisory Committee (XPAC). She and the rest of the Rowdens’ team are passionate about all things Xero and its wonderful cloud ecosystem that has transformed the way accountants like us can look after their clients. Rowdens’ mission statement is Achieving Success Together and Penny’s own, not so secret, mission is to get the tech truly integrating so we can all focus on achieving success and not faffing about because the tech doesn’t talk to each other properly!
