Katie Greet is a Senior Professional Services Consultant at Intuit QuickBooks and a qualified accountant with extensive experience across a variety of industries. Her diverse background allows her to blend industry insights with deep product knowledge of QuickBooks to help accountants optimise their workflow. Katie excels in educating accountants on how to drive efficiencies using QuickBooks, drawing on her familiarity with multiple accounting platforms to provide tailored guidance. Additionally, she specialises in advising accountants on how to build plans to prepare their teams and clients for Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax.

Aaron Patrick

Head of Accounts/Director, Boffix

Aaron Patrick is a Chartered Accountant and Head of Accounts at Boffix, a cloud-based accountancy practice supporting creators and business owners with a variety of services.
Aaron is also a Certified UK Intuit QuickBooks Trainer, delivering Core and Advanced QuickBooks training across the UK and remotely to accountants and users alike.

In addition to his accounting expertise, Aaron is a well-known figure in the accounting and QuickBooks communities. He shares insights and tips on his popular YouTube channel and social brand, ‘The QuickBooks Chap’, where he provides updates and tricks for all things QuickBooks, with a passion for helping others succeed.

Aaron is also an active podcaster, co-hosting ‘Ask the Accountant’ and ‘QuickBooks Labs’. You can catch him at events hosting the Pitstop Podcast, filming grid walks, and even leading speaker sessions.

Jo Nockels FCCA, FMAAT, AATQB

Head of Group Practice Capabilities, TaxAssist

Jo had a number of years’ practice experience looking after a range of clients in the small business sector at Larking Gowen before joining TaxAssist Accountants in 2010 as Senior Training & Technical Communications Manager. In this role she worked alongside the Business Development team, to ensure communications to clients were accurate, timely, relevant and easy to understand. She then moved to managing the TaxAssist Accountants Training Academy, as well as delivering courses.

Jo was promoted to Financial Controller and Head of Group Finance with responsibility for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the group finance team and functions for the TaxAssist group of companies.

In 2024, Jo was promoted again to Head of Group Practice Capabilities, with a focus on supporting the growth of the network, utilisation of the software estate, best practices, efficiencies, productivity, profitability and staff recruitment and retention. Additionally, Jo has a focus on franchise resale values, customer acquisition and satisfaction levels, cross selling of services, as well as the design of new TaxAssist Academy courses.
