Head of Cloud/Edge AI Product Management at Qualcomm
John Kehrli serves as Senior Director, product management at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc, leading the Company’s efforts in the Cloud Edge.
In this role, John leads the Cloud Edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) product management team which includes hardware and software product management as well as operations and benchmarking responsibilities. The first-generation product, Cloud AI 100, announced in 2019 is targeted for datacenter, network edge, autonomous driving (ADAS) and RAN infrastructure applications.
Prior to this role, John worked in product management for Qualcomm’s mobile business, defining and bringing to market premium tier Snapdragon mobile platforms, including Snapdragon 800/801, 808, 820/821, 845 and 865. These platforms have powered industry leading flagships devices from 2013 through 2021.
Prior to joining Qualcomm, John spent the first thirteen years of his career in various product focused leadership roles at Intel supporting the Intel® Dot.Station web appliance, network processors, mergers and acquisitions, advanced technical sales, and consumer electronics including DTV and set-top-boxes.
John received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Santa Clara University and resides in San Diego, California with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys coaching sports for his children, cycling and ocean fishing.
