Well-managed and results-focused reentry and employment are vital to the success of those we assist during community supervision. This session will cover collaborative, data-informed approaches to developing effective reentry and workforce development systems that empower clients to become productive, safe, and engaged members of their communities. Participants will leave refreshed and energized with new contacts, resources, and local strategies that can strengthen clients’ growth and success well beyond supervision.
