He has worked in project commissioning, R&D, marketing and sales consulting and has a passion for thinking strategically, building high-performance teams and operational systems.
John has been involved in mining projects across the globe including, Canada, Latin America, South Africa, China & Europe. John currently is a member of Schneider Electric’s Mining & Metals segment.

Global Efficiency Offer Manager
As the Offer Manager for Efficiency Services, Ron is responsible to ensure our clients are provided the full products, services and solutions that Schneider and its partner network can deploy, including the appropriate commercial models to support. This includes developing programs to ensure that clients can identify, align upon and prioritize activities consistent with their financial and sustainability goals, budgets and timelines.
Ron has nearly thirty years’ experience in the energy industry, including the last twenty at Schneider, with an operational background in legal, energy trading, and supply side operations prior to transitioning to the efficiency sector in last five years.

With over 10 years’ experience in the electricity delivery chain he has delivered power and energy management solution to a wide range of application taking him from the red dirt of the Pilbara, to the jungle of Papua New Guinea and more.
Victor's technical background in computer science and electrical engineering combined with customer proximity and intuition allowed him to understand how technology can support and enable business.
