About
In volatile market conditions, having a vendor you can truly count on is more important than ever—not just to protect your business, but to unlock new growth opportunities and boost your profits.

Actively nurturing these relationships isn't just about keeping things smooth; it's about unlocking more value. Vendors offer the rebates that can take your business to the next level, while your loyalty helps them thrive. By treating your vendors as true partners, both sides can win—especially when it comes to getting the most bang for your buck.

In this webinar, Brennan Hall, Director of Duct Fab Supplies and Air Distribution Products at Conklin Metal, and Mark Gilham, VP of Rebate Advisory at Enable, will discuss:

  • How focusing on the right vendor relationships can unlock better deals
  • Setting shared goals that create value for both sides
  • Why taking a proactive approach with vendors can strengthen your position
  • Ways to increase your bargaining power in negotiations

Whether you’re looking to deepen existing vendor relationships or forge new ones, this webinar will help you rethink your rebate strategy for greater success.
