Neby's extensive career includes notable positions at AKQA, KPMG, AOL, and WFP, where he developed a deep understanding of the digital landscape and honed his skills in delivering impactful solutions. He has also worked on government transformation projects across Sub-Saharan countries.

Neby holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
