About This Webinar

Discover the significance of journey modelling as an essential tool for visualising, analysing, and transforming user experiences.

Join our expert UX Consultants, Andrew Tope and Aimée Windsor Brown, as they showcase numerous examples of how Bunnyfoot has applied a wide variety of mapping and modelling techniques, such as service blueprints, mental content models and customer journey maps to enhance user experiences and foster growth for our clients.

We’ll explore how these tools enable you to:

- Cultivate customer empathy to enhance experiences and uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Generate practical insights to fuel ideation, define requirements, create wireframes, and develop compelling content and copy.
