In this webinar, we will be covering the setup of the Charity Module, which is Stage 4 of our onboarding process. This stage involves the configuration and management of your charity within the module.

The Charity Module encompasses both Charity Bookkeeping and Charity Accounts Production, providing comprehensive support for CIOs (Charitable Incorporated Organisations), unincorporated charities, and charities incorporated in England and Wales.

By combining Charity Bookkeeping and Charity Accounts Production into one unified module, we offer significant advantages. The trial balances and chart of accounts are automatically updated, streamlining the accounting process. This ensures that donations are correctly recorded and allocated, with clear tracking of both restricted and unrestricted funds to prevent any financial mismanagement. Additionally, the module facilitates Gift Aid submissions to HMRC, making tax reporting more efficient.

The module allows for seamless import of trial balances from Charity Bookkeeping, enabling you to generate accurate accounts effortlessly. The Charity Accounts Production report is structured in such a way that you can edit and adjust it to fit your needs.

Bank Feeds: The Charity Module supports unlimited bank feeds, allowing for automated transaction imports and reconciliation.

Donation in Kind Calculations: The module includes the ability to calculate donations in kind, ensuring accurate financial reporting for non-cash contributions.

Accounts Report: The Accounts Report feature in the Capium Charity Module allows users to edit and adjust the financial statements as needed, ensuring the reports are accurate and tailored to the charity's requirements.
