Jinél leads TIER's global Central Public Policy, Public Procurement, and Sustainability team. She leads TIER's public affairs effort in contributing to sustainable cities and communities across Europe, helping to co-create national and local regulatory frameworks that enable sustainable and safe shared micro-mobility for all. She is passionate about accelerating the transition to zero emissions transport in Europe and beyond. She holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from Freie Universität Berlin and a Masters in Development Studies from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.

Will, a founding Director at Momentum, has delivered services across a diverse range of projects. He enjoys solving involved challenges in complex physical and political spaces. This has included delivering major international sports and entertainment venues, leading cultural institutions, and residential masterplans for the likes of Stonehenge, MSG Sphere and London Stadium.
