Daniel Webber is Regional Manager for CDE Australasia. Having spent his 20 year career in heavy industry, Dan leverages his engineering background with a passion for mineral processing and financial nous to develop solutions that deliver both technically and commercially.

Ruchin Garg is Regional Manager for CDE MEA. Having worked in the minerals and aggregates processing sector since 2008, Ruchin combines his comprehensive business and technical expertise of the overall materials washing market in MEA with a specialisation in Construction & Demolition Waste Recycling solutions.

David Kinloch, Regional Manager within the UK. David has worked on a wide range of complex CDE solutions for UK customers across C&D and sand and aggregate waste recycling, helping customers design and deliver unique recycling solutions that produce reusable and resalable construction products.

James McShane is a Business Development Manager at CDE. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, James joined CDE in 2015 and after a few years rellocated to USA to help to develop the business overseas. James has an expertise in wet processing solutions for the Sand & Aggregates, Specialist Sands and C&D Waste Recycling sectors.

Stefan Hunger, Regional Manager -Europe and Russia, has almost ten years’ experience working with some of CDE’s largest sand and aggregate customers across Germany, Austria and Norway. Stefan has been instrumental in helping the industry to understand the benefits of wet processing technology.

Eunan Kelly is Head of RECO at CDE Global. Eunan brings a wealth of industry knowledge spanning almost 15 years, having worked on a broad portfolio of CDE’s most complex wet processing projects within the construction and demolition industry to deliver commercial value from waste materials.

Kate has been a member of Team CDE now for 2years, starting out within Procurement in the Purchasing department. In June 2020 she joined the RECO sector and has been supporting the Sectoral Head, Eunan Kelly, in driving the strategic agenda and assisting on achieving the objectives and key results.

Riccardo Wong is Business Development Executive for CDE Australasia. With a background in Biochemistry and Engineering, Riccardo works collaboratively with clients to develop quarrying and recycling solutions to transform material into high-value products.

Adrian Convery is a Business Development Manager at CDE. Adrian joined CDE in 2013 and then was reallocated to London to look after the businesses in England. Adrian is an experienced professional in the materials wet processing industry with an expertise in the Environmental sector. Adrian has joined the USA Team in 2020.

Marc Sopransi, Business Development Manager – France, has played a play role in the strategic development of the French market since 2015. Marc works closely with C&D waste recycling companies to created unique and efficient solutions for creating value from their challenging waste material.
