As a leading manufacturer and distributor of cleaning, sanitation and disinfectant products, supplying commercial, industrial and institutional markets, sales volumes have increased significantly since the start of the pandemic. Responding to that growth has further cemented Charlotte Products Ltd as a key and reliable supplier for the sector. Production capacity had to double within 2 weeks of the pandemic starting. This rapid development occurred without a playbook, with significant unknowns and navigation challenges. Plant Infrastructure became a priority and critically important in order to sustain the new production levels. Additional staff, production lines retooling to address the continuously changing assortment of caps and bottles.
