Rossy E. Eguigure is an experienced media and content development producer with over three decades of experience in the media and entertainment industry, working on both coasts of the U.S. As the founder and CEO of Rx Media Productions Inc., she has collaborated with a wide range of creatives, filmmakers, and media entrepreneurs, producing and directing notable projects for clients like National Geographic, Fox International, Discovery, NBC, Univision, E! Entertainment, Meto-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), PBS, and others. Rossy has worked as a showrunner, director, producer, and consulting executive, ensuring high-quality standards across various productions.

With a Master’s in Media Psychology, Rossy specializes in engaging multicultural and intergenerational audiences. A bilingual media professional, she integrates her deep understanding of media psychology into every project. In addition to her production work, Rossy created bilingual podcasts for Dale, Cuéntame Network, exploring the intersection of media, technology, and human behavior. She also leads 'The Hollywood Makers' production, which covers the evolution of the entertainment industry. She also serves as co-chair of the Hollywood Professional Association's Women in Post Committee.

Beatriz Rodriguez is a post-production professional based in Los Angeles with extensive hands-on experience in both the television and film industry. She is a proud LA native and a first-generation college graduate from California State University, Northridge. Beatriz has worked on a range of high-profile projects at Warner Bros. Studios, contributing to TV productions on the show side of post-production as a freelancer. This experience allowed her to hone her skills in handling the end-to-end workflow for complex projects. Currently, she brings her expertise to Company 3, an award-winning global post-production house, where she coordinates day-to-day operations in production and post-production, playing a key role in delivering high-quality content for leading entertainment clients.

With a solid background in handling production processes, post-production workflows, and creative collaboration, Beatriz strives to elevate industry practices and standards. She is an active member of the Hollywood Professional Association's YEP/WIP Committee, driving influential industry initiatives and playing a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of professionals. Her dedication to excellence and creative problem-solving continues to make a lasting impact in the post-production industry.

Payton List, an LA-based Chicago native currently works as Director of Production and Post in the FOX Entertainment Technology Group. Her time in the industry has been filled with helping to build production and post workflows, R&D of new software and technology, and managing teams of workflow specialists and creative editorial professionals. Working collaboratively with her teams, she is dedicated to problem-solving and technical consulting, enabling creatives to focus on producing their best content. She also strives to create an equitable and inclusive environment at work and throughout the M&E industry. Outside of her day job, she has spent almost seven years volunteering with the Hollywood Professionals Association in various roles, dedicated to growing a diverse and supportive community.
