Adaptive Leadership in Times of Uncertainty

About This Webinar

Adaptive leaders learn to live with unpredictability. They go through a continual process of challenge, adaptation, and learning, which readies them for the next challenge. Adaptive leaders represent the otherwise intangible qualities that great leaders have in common. The session will define what it means to be an adaptive leader and apply those concepts to rural health programs.
