Mary Ann Sibley
Coach to Church Leaders
Raised Buddhist, Mary Ann was first invited to a church when she was 40 years old. Mary Ann worked as a Commercial Banker, then as the Chief Financial Officer for a global tech company. But after becoming a Christian, Mary Ann left corporate America for the exciting world of Children's Ministry. And that's where she found her greatest passion.
In her time Leading Guest Services Ministry, she grew its volunteer team from a faithful few to over 1,000 committed volunteers. But while she enjoyed building her volunteer team, Mary Ann also felt a growing need. She says, "I just wish I had someone to talk to, relate to, learn from and celebrate with who would truly understand what it means to be on a church staff."
Today, Mary Ann comes alongside church leaders as a coach, cheerleader, ninja, consultant, or whatever's needed to help leaders build healthy teams in the midst of great community.
