Samprita has more than 17 years of experience in diversified cross functional Human Resource experience across verticals such as HR Operations, L&D,Employee Relations and Employee Benefits. She is passionate about work around Employee Wellbeing and Digital Transformation. Samprita successfully led Benefits Harmonization massive project during Dell and EMC integration. She led several regional and global benefits projects such as Parental Leave, Moments that Matter and Digital Transformation projects on Benefits Administration and Wellness Digital platforms. One of the signature program initiated was Parent Counselling during Pregnancy period (Healthy Pregnancy Program/Care Nine). Samprita believes in innovation, finding newer ways in doing things and crafting success stories out of blank paper.
