Dr. Rosilio Roman
Interim Vice President for Church Ministries.
Dr. Rosilio Roman was appointed as the Interim Vice President for Church Ministries on April 16, 2024. His 38 years of service with The Alliance began in his home district of Puerto Rico and includes serving as Assistant Vice-President for Church Ministries leading Church Advance and Multicultural Ministries since 2010. He is a graduate of Alliance Theological Seminary (DMin, MDiv) and of Crown College (BA). He and his beloved wife, Hilda Maysonet Tirado, who also serves at the National Office, are the proud parents of two children and grandparents of four beautiful grandchildren.

I am originally from Democratic Republic of Congo former “Zaire” and
I was raised in Christian family. I am the fourth generation of my family in Christian and Missionary Alliance. I came to the United States in 1989 and landed in Raleigh, NC.
Licensed to the Ministry: Oct. 1997 at South Atlantic District of the C&MA, Raleigh, NC.
Moved to New York for school at Alliance Theological Seminary in 1999 and after 3 years at Nyack, I started in 2002 the church at Manhattan, NY. In 2015, I received my DMin at ATS. Ordained: Oct. 2003 at Metro District of the C&MA, New York, NY Marital Status: Married with Mrs. Mabanga Pauline Ntoto and we have 3 children: Glody (M), Benie (F), Esdras (M)
God called us to church planting ministry since I came to this country. We planted the church in Raleigh, NC for 10 years, in Manhattan, New York for 21years, now the Lord directed us here in Columbus. My target people group is francophone speaking. Praise God!

Brief Testimony from Jonathan Sacks:

I was raised in a Jewish family with 18 generations of Rabbis. While home from college, a Gentile friend told me that the Old Testament spoke of Jesus. The next day I asked God to clearly show me if Jesus was the Messiah for me as a Jewish person. God moved in my heart through circumstances, and in prophecies from Isaiah 53 and Daniel 9:25-26. I knew that Jesus is my Messiah and Lord in and embraced Him in February 1972.

Mrs Raeda A Haddad
Associate Pastor - Columbus Arabic Church
Raeda Awabdeh Haddad, born in Syria, earned her degree in architecture before moving to the U.S. in 1990, where she earned a master's degree in Biblical studies. Raeda was pivotal in translating and launching the Bible Quizzing Program in Syria, Jordan, Egypt, and Erbil. In 2020, she started the first Online Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) in Arabic, she virtually trains leaders to serve over a thousand Arabic speakers around the globe: a transformative leader and international speaker.\
Moved by the Syrian refugee crisis, Raeda mobilized teams to provide medical, spiritual, and educational support in Greece and Jordan. Combining her deep understanding of Eastern and Western cultures, she inspired and helped mission organizations in the Middle East refine their strategies. Raeda resides in Columbus, Ohio, with her supportive family. She and her husband lead the Arabic Church at Hope Church, Westerville, reaching Arabic speakers from diverse backgrounds.

Mrs. Yordanos Dessalegn
Administrative Assistant for Multicultural Ministries
Yordanos J Dessalegn is born and raised in Ethiopia and moved to the USA in 2017. She joined the Alliance in 2021 when the head quarter moved to Columbus, Ohio. Yordanos serves in Church ministries as Administrative Assistant for Church Advance and Multicultural Ministries providing support to the Interim Vice President for Church Ministries. She has a BA in Accounting and did several courses on Law. She has extensive experience in leadership development, Entrepreneurship, and community development. Yordanos is married and is a mother of three beautiful children: a girl and two boys.
