Dr. S. K. Singh, is a dedicated hospitality professional with a doctorate degree. He began his career with hotel industry as a professional chef where he mastered skills in operations and management. With over 8 years of experience as a chef and operational manager in hospitality industry, He opted to be an educationist, during his 20 years of academic exposure he nurtured skills in managing Educational Institute, developing policies, strategizing, developing academic learning environment and operations.

He is also a member of advisory bodies of institutions, member of Board of Studies of various universities actively involved in curriculum development, faculty development, student development, academic collaborations and corporate relationship development.

He has also authored 4 books. He considers himself a learner and is keenly interested in learning new age teaching pedagogies and practicing them.

Prof. Prashant Sharma

Prof. Prashant Sharma is a Hotel Management Professional with more than 21 years of rich operational and academic experience in Hotel management and operations ranging from concept building, menu designing, menu engineering, banqueting, guest interaction, crisis management, training and development, human resource hiring and management.

He is also a member of Board of Studies of various universities and is actively involved in curriculum up gradation, faculty development and corporate relationship development. He has published/presented several research papers in International/National Journals/Conferences in the field of Tourism and Management.

He is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Bangalore and has worked with some most renowned organisations like the Oberoi Hotels and ITC Hotels with the experience of supervisory as well as management level.

Chef Pawan Kukreja

A professional chef who is now an entrepreneur. 15 years spent in the hospitality industry, started my career with Intercontinental hotel group as a management trainee, then worked with brands like the Lalit, The Orchid, Radisson hotels, and Ramada to name a few. Currently working with Alpine group of colleges as a HOD hotel management.

Mr. Ram Kumar Agarwal

Mr. Ram Kumar Agrawal is currently functioning as an Assistant Professor in the Himalayan institute of technology, Dehradun. Post completion of his schooling he completed his BBA (Hotel Management) degree from Himalayan Institute of Technology, Dehradun. Later on, he completed two Master's degree programs, Master of Arts, in English Literature and Master’s in Hotel Management with specialization in Food and beverage service management. He has been functioning as a Hotel Management pedagogue for the last 4 years.

Mr. Ram Kumar Agarwal started his career as a Banquet executive at Sheraton ,New Delhi – A unit of ITC Hotels in 2010. Also, he had been awarded a welcome Barista in the year 2012 by ITC hotels.Following that, in 2017 he worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Doddlify Marketing consultants LLP. With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Agarwal possesses good exposure towards hospitality management and has covered the most iconic hotels during his hospitality career including the JW Marriott Hotels.

As a Department Learning Co-ordinator of F&B services, Mr. Agarwal got various opportunities to build his communication, customer handling skills, and ability to get things done keenly. Furthermore, he had undergone several pieces of training to uplift his skill sets namely; Diploma in coffee expert, WSET level 1 certification in wine preparation, Bakery and confectionery training from leading Bakeries in India
