    Dr. H.S. Vijayakumar has 37 years of glittering professional experience during which he has held key positions in teaching and administration at University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. Dr. H.S. Vijayakumar holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi which was awarded to him in 1984. He also holds degree in Law (L.L.B.) from Karnataka University, Dharwad. He has published 23 papers in Referred Journals. In addition to handling Externally Funded Projects, he has guided 3 students at Ph.D. level and 26 students at Master's Level. Under his able leadership as Vice Chancellor, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad had scaled new heights.
