Retailers are going into the shopping holiday cautiously optimistic, according to a recent holiday benchmark survey conducted by CommerceNext and CommX. Sixty-three percent (63%) of retailers believe sales will exceed 2021 levels and 79% believe they will exceed 2019 levels.
