Leader Development COI: Application of Leadership Principles by SAME Post Presidents

About This Webinar

Twelve months as Post President, leading other hard-charging volunteers while still working your own full-time job. "No sweat!"..."Easy peasy!"...or so you might think.

Leading & motivating unpaid volunteers is much different than leading fellow employees, plus, many work for your competition to boot. While each person is unique, many may have similar perceptions. As Post President, there are more details than you might have perceived and many more demands upon your time. This webinar will ask Post Presidents how leadership principles have helped them succeed in their day job and in their efforts to support their SAME Post. In this role, who can you rely upon? This is a follow-on webinar to two recent “Pathways to Leadership” discussions we have hosted. Please join us!
