About This Pilates Lesson

新型コロナウイルスの世界的な感染拡大が止まらない中、各国では経済の低迷をはじめとする様々な混乱や試練の時が続いています。ウィズコロナとして始まった日々は、未だイベントの中止や延期、自粛といった多くの制限を伴うもので、誰もが皆、これまで私たちが思ってきた「当たり前の日常」を送る事ができないもどかしさを感じるばかりです。
その中で、PILATES TRAINERS × JTB USA は、それぞれの立場から、“私たちができること”を考え、この度のオンラインイベント実施にいたりました。

[レッスン内容]
Pilates Journeyでは、ピラティスを基に考えられた4つのエクササイズ
“Pop Pilates”, “FLOPILATES”, “FIERCE CAMP”, “Pilates Connection”
をレッスン形式で毎週土曜日、ライブ配信していきます

As you know, COVID-19 is a disruption that every country is facing, and people are dealing with the restrictions and cancellations of events. We can imagine that this potentially caused a significant motivation and confidence setback for many people who are hoping the world will become normal.
We (PILATES TRAINERS x JTB USA) came up with this event from thinking
"What can we do?" from each standpoint.

In Pilates Journey, there are 4 kinds of lessons based on “Pilates”:
“Pop Pilates”, “FLOPILATES”, “RISA'S BOOTY CAMP”, “Pilates Connection”
Which will be provided every Saturday (Friday Night in the US)

Meet The Pilates instructor

    ピラティスインストラクター(Pilates Instructor)
    LAで生まれ育ち、現在2児の母。妊娠・出産による体の歪みと不調を機に、ピラティスを学び2016年11月に日本初のPOP PILATES インターナショナルインストラクターとなる。
    これまで、120名のピラティスインストラクターを育成、2020年1月には株式会社PILATES TRAINERSを設立。大手フィットネスジムのプログラム監修、アドバイザー業務、フィットネスモデル、トレーナー、ブランドプロデュースなどを主に活動している。
    Born in Los Angeles. She started Pilates as a method of recovery from her postpartum body misalignment and hernia. Very quickly she was able to feel changes feeling more mobile, pain-free, leaving her stronger than ever. Hoping to spread the joy and greatness of fitness. RISA also established PILATES TRAINER INC. in January 2020. She currently works as a fitness model, choreographer, brand producer, and trainer. RISA is one of the top leading fitness instructors in Japan today. A mother of two children, ages 8 and 10, and also enjoys traveling and music in her free time.

    大手フィットネスクラブの受付勤務時にピラティスに出会い、自身の腰痛や体調が改善されたことからインストラクターへの道へ。
    その後パーソナルトレーナー、ピラティスマスタートレーナーの資格を取得し、フィットネスを楽しく身近なものにすることによりココロもカラダも変わる経験を伝えるべく、レッスンやイベントを開催。
    2017年にはインストラクターを養成するだけでなくサポートするための機関"PILATES TRAINERS "を共同立ち上げ、信頼されるインストラクターの育成にも力を注いでいる。
    Her Pilates journey began when I first encountered it while working in reception at a major fitness club. By attending classes, her back pain disappeared and her physical condition improved.
    So, she decided to become a Pilates master trainer and personal trainer.
    She hopes to inspire others to improve their physical and mental health, as she has, by creating fitness experiences that are fun and meaningful.
    In 2017, she helped establish the organization PILATES TRAINERS to connect, support, and develop reliable and skilled Pilates instructors across Japan.
