Refined Concrete & Terrazzo Floor Care Program

Andrew is a graduate of Auburn University where he studied Architectural and Building Sciences/ Technology. With a focus on the Enviro-Solutions® Terrazzo Concrete Floor Care Program, Andrew joined the Charlotte Products team in 2020 and is based out of Orlando, Florida.

Prior to Charlotte Products, Andrew was a regional manager for a diamond tooling manufacturer that specializes in products for the decorative concrete and terrazzo flooring industry, based in Orlando. With over 11 years experience as a contractor, working directly for Discount Tire Co. and O’Reilly Auto Parts as their preferred subcontractor Andrew travelled across the United States installing polished concrete. From there, he spent time in Syracuse, NY, working as a project manager and estimator for a flooring company before ultimately joining Universal Polishing Systems as their regional sales manager in Orlando Florida.

Andrew’s extensive experience in the industry, with over a decade of experience in the field of polished concrete and terrazzo, he is the Charlotte Products in house expert passionate about teaching our end users all they need to know about proper care of concrete and terrazzo flooring and safe, healthy spaces.

James Flieler is the VP Canadian Sales for Charlotte Products Ltd. He is an industry expert coupled with a high level of enthusiasm, integrity and common sense. These traits have made him a renowned speaker and trainer for local businesses, key regional players and national corporations across North America.

He adds to his profile hundreds of hands-on presentation and training sessions. He has over 40 years of expertise in all areas of sanitation in various market segments and job disciplines. James is also known for his strong focus on continuous innovation and development to improve processes. Jim is a frequent trainer for organizations across North America, educating employees on cleaning-related and sanitation issues.
