Declan Ganley is an entrepreneur and the founder, chairman & CEO of Rivada Networks, a leading innovator in market-driven wholesale wireless network sharing and provider of broadband communications services. Rivada Networks is sole owner of Rivada Space Networks, which is deploying the OuterNET, a fully networked 600-satellite enterprise connectivity constellation in low-earth orbit.

Declan is co-inventor of 48 patents in the wireless sector, including Rivada’s core Dynamic Spectrum Arbitrage technology. Rivada’s DSA and tiered priority access patents enable the dynamic sharing of wireless networks, lowering barriers to entry and driving innovation in wireless.

Rivada Networks has provided award-winning emergency communication services in the US to customers including the Department of Homeland Security, US Northern Command, the National Guard and leading police forces. Rivada has been in operation since 2004 and has continued to successfully grow its customer base and services in the US and elsewhere. Rivada has offices in Co. Galway, Ireland, Munich, Germany, and Washington DC.

Declan was also founder of wireless broadband and cable TV businesses in Western, Central and Eastern Europe, including Broadnet, which operated broadband wireless networks in ten EU countries, and Cabletel, with a cable multimedia network in Eastern Europe.

Frank Czulo
President, Advanced Networks at Network Innovations
Frank joined Network Innovations in 2011. As the General Manager for South Afghanistan, Frank led the team which delivered prime contract satellite services to government customers such as the USMC, the Canadian DND, UK MOD, USAF, NC3A as well as other ISAF coalition entities and SOF task forces. Frank has held senior teleport operations and product management positions within Network Innovations prior to his current appointment as president of the Advanced Networks group. With over 20 years of satellite communications experience, Frank helped lead and was a driving force in the creation of Network Innovations Maverick network. Prior to joining NI, Frank provided management and engineering services to communications projects with customers in petroleum retail and distribution, commercial, and government sectors.

Bill Carlin
Head of AWS Satellite Solutions
Bill Carlin has a long and successful track record in the global satellite and wireless communications markets in a variety of leadership/executive roles, including several years consulting on satellite and wireless network expansions in Latin America and Africa. Bill previously served as CEO or GM of several wireless and satellite network infrastructure in the US and Canada.

Most recently, Bill served as Vice President of Latin America/Middle East & Africa for Comtech EF Data, building market share among mobile operators, IP/video broadcasters, and satellite service providers. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of ReVerb Networks based in Ashburn Virginia (acquired). Bill began his career at Scientific Atlanta’s satellite network systems group. He served in management roles at Hughes Network Systems and Adaptive Broadband/EF Data (acquired); as the CEO of Spotwave Wireless, and the COO of InterWAVE Communications. Bill is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (MIBS), and Syracuse University.
