The wash plant comprises of an M-Series M4500 modular wash plant, an AggMax™ logwasher scrubbing and classification system, an AquaCycle™ high-rate thickener, and a filter press sludge dewatering system.
The CDE solution is supporting Walker Quarries to produce a range of materials for the local construction industry, including two sands – 0-3mm and 3-5mm – and five aggregate products – 5-3 mm, 10-7 mm, 20-14 mm, 22.5-75mm and +75mm oversize.
