He applies his communication insights to keynote speeches, group training, organizational consulting, meeting facilitation, and executive coaching for businesses and non-profits.

Dean is a Peoria “40 Leaders under Forty” recipient, a licensed trainer of Process Communication Model®, a certified professional coach, graduate of the University of Minnesota, and received his Master of Business Administration from Drake University.
