Kristen Carlisle is General Manager of Betterment’s 401(k) business, where she and her team work to bring retirement planning and financial wellness benefits to small and mid-sized businesses across the US. Kristen has over 10 years of experience within the B2B technology industry, and most recently served as the company’s Director of B2B Operations. Prior to joining Betterment, Kristen served as Director of Finance for Meetup, where she helped lead a company-wide enterprise business strategy pivot. Other previous experiences include roles at Yieldbot, AOL and Google. Kristen graduated from Ithaca College and is based out of New York City.
