A recent Allegheny College graduate with a degree in Political Science, Benjamin's academic excellence is complemented by his leadership experience creating the Diversity Equity and Inclusion position as an Executive Board member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee as well as his work experience at ARC Thrift Stores and as a Leauge Operations Maneger for the Colorado Collegiate Box Lacrosse Leauge. His comprehensive skill set and passion for community development make him a valuable addition to the Tech2Elevate team as he endeavors to bridge the digital divide through impactful digital skills training in the Erie office.

Tenay Taylor, an Erieite, AmeriCorps member, and digital coach, discovered her passion for technology while starting her business with the support of Tech2Elevate in Erie, PA, where she learned tools like Canva and created her logo. Now committed to giving back, she empowers others by sharing her knowledge and skills in technology. As the founder of Erie’s first Black woman-owned security firm and an Erie City Mom, Tenay combines her entrepreneurial drive with a dedication to education and community growth, striving to build a thriving Erie rooted in innovation, opportunity, and lasting family legacies.
