This webinar will demystify third-party recruiters and help members of the Enlisted Matters COI understand how recruiters can be a positive influence, as well as what to watch out for. It will cover how third-party recruiters function, how they are paid, how to engage their services, warning signs to watch for, how to determine a good salary number, and the phases of finding and accepting that first post-military position. This will be an honest discussion of information, observations, and lessons learned from both sides of the table.
