About
Tech integration and innovation was meant to be the bridge between the community and the health care system. Instead, it has the potential to actually diminish or harm health prospects for the vulnerable, the underserved, and the marginalized. Barriers like broadband access, digital literacy, language fluency, physical disabilities and more simply shut many out of the health care system.

To close that digital divide, it’s urgent for leaders in the health care industry to spearhead efforts to close the gaps in health care access, break down barriers to care, and leverage tech innovation to accommodate all of the consumers they serve.

In this webinar, you’ll learn about the root causes of digital inequity. You’ll hear why improving health literacy and digital access is a win for both patients and health organizations, and how to rebuild customer trust. Plus, you’ll walk away with actional insights, and a plan to identify and eliminate the specific digital challenges your customers face.
