Kimberly Green-Warren
Facilitator
Kimberly Green-Warren, an experienced training consultant and facilitator, is dedicated to turning ideas into action through impactful and engaging learning experiences for adult learners in public health. In her facilitation style, she prioritizes active engagement, thoughtful reflection, practicality, action-oriented activities, and human-centered design. Kimberly has successfully led the design and facilitation of 25+ meetings ranging from 1-day skill-building workshops to comprehensive 2.5-day retreat-style meetings for nonprofit leaders, C-suite healthcare executives, and other audiences. Kimberly collaborates with teams and organizations to host impactful meetings, facilitate team-building retreats, or lead action planning workshops to align and execute on project goals.

Jeanita Moore (she/her), MPH, CHES
Senior Program Manager
Jeanita Moore is a Senior Program Manager for the National Coordinating Center for Public Health Training (NCCPHT) at the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI). In this role, she is responsible for leading projects related to public health workforce development such as the “Framework to Address Health Disparities through Collaborative Policy Efforts: Coordinating Center” program funded by the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health.
Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to serving as an advocate for underserved populations. She has been a servant leader for over a decade, developing and managing programs that improve the health outcomes of underserved communities in the governmental, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors.
Prior to her current role, she served as a Grant Manager at the Illinois Department of Public Health, where she managed the grantmaking process for multimillion-dollar HIV prevention grants. In addition, Jeanita is a 2019 National Alliance of State Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD) Minority Leadership Program fellow. She has also held positions at a Federally Qualified Health Center, community-based hospital, foundation, and a university health center.
Jeanita holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a concentration in Health Policy and Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. Outside of work, Jeanita enjoys spending time with her loved ones, trying new restaurants, and traveling. -
