Conveying Product Manager, Conair
Justin Carter is the conveying product manager. Justin is tasked with being Conair's definitive expert in the conveying product line and leading that flagship product line. Justin has worked at Conair since March 2016, primarily working as a project manager in both material handling and heat transfer systems. Justin has a bachelor's degree in secondary education mathematics.
Steve Corcoran
Vice President Sales - Systems, Dri-Air Industries
Steve began working in the plastics industry at 19, spending summers at his father’s molding facility in Connecticut. With over 45 years of experience, he gained expertise in tool machining, mold setup, resin drying and sales. He holds degrees in manufacturing engineering from Waterbury State Technical College and industrial technology from Central Connecticut State University. Starting in engineering, his career transitioned into sales management, where he has thrived for 34 years. He enjoys helping customers with drying and conveying needs while navigating the technical complexities of their operations.
Ryan Matthews
Drying and Heat Transfer Product Manager, Conair
Ryan Matthews is the drying and heat transfer product manager at Conair and has over six years of experience in the plastics industry designing and selling automated systems of machinery along with the associated installation, materials and services required in many cases to make the project a success. Earlier in his career, Ryan spent time in product engineering, including sustainment/customs design work as well as new product development after earning his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
Kane Rasner
President, Advanced Blending Solutions
Kane Rasner is the president of Advanced Blending Solutions (ABS), an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of blending, controls, material convey and desiccant drying equipment to the extrusion and compounding industries. He follows in the footsteps of his father, Mike Rasner, who founded the company in early 2009. Kane has held various technical and management roles with ABS since its origin, gaining his experience in the controls and project management departments. His chemical engineering degree from Michigan Technological University has been paramount to his success in the industry.
Chad Stover
Technical Marketing Manager, Conair
Chad Stover has over 22 years of Conair marketing experience and equipment knowledge. With the primary responsibility of directing technical content creation and product marketing for Conair’s 450+ products for over two decades, Chad has extensive familiarity with each product in the catalog. A subject matter expert on auxiliary equipment in plastics, Chad is well versed in material handling, blending, conveying, drying, heat transfer, size reduction and downstream extrusion equipment. He is also a proponent for the utilization of AI technology in the industry to support sustainability efforts and overcome staffing obstacles. Chad is a Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM Bronze), with degrees in English and education and his M.Ed.+45 is from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.
