Meagan Campion
Meagan Campion has been in the real estate industry since 2007, after graduating from Texas A&M University, and is now an Associate Broker focused on residential and farm and ranch real estate in Central Texas. Her work as a landman in Texas since 2010 gives her a unique perspective on the real estate industry. Meagan believes in giving back to the industry and has served on multiple committees thru REBI since 2019 and the Texas Realtors Professional Development committee 2023-present. Her passion for education and knowledge and her 15+ years of real world experience has given her a plethora of information to share with anyone who takes her classes.
Sterling D. Fryar, MAI
Sterling D. Fryar, MAI, is a Real Estate Broker and Appraiser based in San Angelo, TX, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has gained a deep understanding of the various market trends and what makes San Angelo a unique and wonderful place to call home.
Sterling holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University, providing him with the technical know-how to navigate the complex landscape of real estate transactions. He went through the rigorous process of obtaining his MAI designation, which is one of the most recognized and respected designations in the appraisal field. In addition to that, Sterling continuously attends training sessions and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest industry innovations and regulatory changes.
He is a member and supporter of multiple non-profit organizations in the Concho Valley, including West Texas Rehabilitation Center, West Texas Boys Ranch, Autism Alliance of the Concho Valley, and Laura W. Bush Institute at San Angelo. Philanthropy has always been a passion of his, which was handed down by his grandmother, who was heavily involved in getting a West Texas Rehab Center to Ozona, TX.
Ben Rodriguez
Ben Rodriguez, AKA "Mr. Purple Solution," has dedicated nearly two decades to real estate, with 11 years of active involvement at the state and national levels. As the Broker/Owner of Triangle Real Estate for 17 years, Ben has climbed the ranks from serving as President of his local association to a crucial member of the TEXAS REALTORS® Executive Board. In 2023, he led the charge as the TREPAC Chairman with the impactful #PurpleSolution Campaign. Ben is a dedicated advocate for his real estate community and he believes giving back to the association and its members as essential to bettering the profession. Honored with the $50,000 Hall of Fame Level by RPAC, Ben exemplifies his belief that it's crucial to back words with action—demonstrating a commitment to positive change and professional growth.
Asa Fleming
Asa Fleming is a REALTOR® and proud member of Allen Tate Realty-Raleigh/Glenwood. He is the ultimate professional to have representing you during a real estate transaction. Asa is an active member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR), the North Carolina REALTORS® (NCR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), where he has served on multiple committees. Asa is a 2013 RRAR Past-President and was named the 2016 RRAR REALTOR® of the Year. Asa served as the 2019 President of NC REALTORS® (NCR) and was recognized as the 2020 NCR REALTOR® of the Year. Asa was honored to be a member of the 2014 National Association Of REALTORS® (NAR) Leadership Academy class and served as the 2017 Chair of the NAR Leadership Academy Advisory Group. He has served on multiple NAR committees and served as the NAR 2021 REALTOR® Party Community Engagement Liaison to 2021 NAR President Charlie Oppler, and as the NAR 2024 REALTOR® Party Disbursements Liaison to 2024 NAR President Tracy Kasper. He is a Hall of Fame Platinum R Major Investor of RPAC. Asa earned his master’s in real estate (MRE) in 2019 from REALTOR® University/ Columbia College. He is also active in a variety of local organizations including The Carying Place, Southeast Raleigh Promise, and Central Wake High School, which is a charter school for dropout prevention, where he is a founding board member and President. Asa is currently a member of the Wake County Planning Board and served as the 2022 Chair. Asa lives in Raleigh with his wife Tangie, son Deuce, daughter Alexis, and two dogs, Cara, and Cole.
